imagine, not the shitty surgeries of today but u can just remove bone and let the rest bond/ break bones and let it fill up in the middle, both of which we can do, just effortlessly 

like to the point we are modifying hand sizes, down to that 

trans people would unironically have 1 full body operation and walk out with the entire fucking skeleton of their preferred sex 

we would be able to change proportions it would literally be a m->f or f->m puberty surgery

sure we cant change height that much but we can def go +-3 inches max for avg ppl and +-6 inches if ur torso/legs are particularly long in proportion 

how hard can this be ? would billions invested give birth to this ? im imagining some mesh material that goes around and seeps on the bone and binds it in the structural way an outside operator modified the bone to be as. itd be like youre meeting someone and u go heyy omg u got 80% of ur body finished !!! you look so great already wth. i have my arms scheduled this friday, yessss im so excited. 

after this we can work on giving us reproductive systems (it’s wayyy more complicated 🤷‍♀️)

ffs would technically be nonexistent after this 🙏🏻

realistically a full body overhaul would stress your body out and cost millions and you would be put thru examination as to what parts of u are more dimorphic and those only changed. like for me skull shoulder girdle and ribs and they would go thats enough. 

eeh this, bone support is the biggest issue and this magical mesh material that goes around ur bone is unironically the biggest hurdle in this. 

we should be able to chop up and modify bones already wtf
