Help with Upgrading RF

Hello guys, I feel like I am hitting a Stonewall with my RF Chieftain, T16s are quite easy but a little bit slow in my opinion, I die occasionally in T16.5 and cant ever kill the boss in T17 Maps.
I already considered rerolling another character but maybe its best to upgrade my RF char.

This is my POB https://pobb.in/W9TIL8ZJFJdd

i added malevolence since its provided via merc and I am running a Malevolence Watcher's Eye.
Currently I am trying to recomb a new amulet.
What would be other good upgrades? I really need damage to kill T17 bosses but the sometime oneshot me too. So survivability is also needed. My budget is around 120d
