Chalazion Recovery Post Surgery

I got my chalazion removed inside my lower eye lid two weeks ago. I am still in the healing process and right now, and I still have some inflammation. One of my eyes looks bigger than the other. I was wondering for those of you who had a chalazion removal for you lower lid, how long did it take for your eye to have a normal appearance again? I notice that when I smile I can see a big difference between my eyes. I figured that by the two week mark my eye would look normal again but it still hasn’t gone back to its original state.
