vjc hp interview exp

hi so i recently went for the vjc hp interview and ill js share a bit about the interview process for anyone who is maybe interested in applying next year or whenever. there is supposed to be arnd 5 people during the group interview, we were like gathered in a room to first do our writing assessment that is like making smt similar to an essay for 15 min. then we gathered around a table to have our own indiv sharing on what we wrote. aft that was the group discussion segment where we had to choose 1 out of 3 topics to discuss, for my group, there was: borders, knowledge, and justice (iirc) then just like discuss and stuff and at some point the interviewer will like ask some q and just need to ans. basically that was all it was. it lasted abt 1h and there were 3 interviewers (lowk the guy was so scary LOL). anyw js abit of a rant but people alw say must talk first during the interview but 😂😂😂😂 everyone just wanted to talk first and itll be hard to even figure a way to talk first because everyone is competing to talk first and shine 😬😬
