T14s gen 2 (i5/16gb) is nv140fhm-n4v the original screen?

Just picked up a second hand ex-fleet T14s gen 2 for around $350usd. In the shop the screen seem fine, but in a coffee shop with a lot of natural light it seemed terrible even at max brightness.

sudo monitor-get-edid shows the screen as nv140fhm-n4v, is this the original? or has it been replaced what nits is it?
