Struggle teen in need of advice
So I plan to delete this soon and hopefully it doesn't get to anyone I know cause I'm going to try to be as transparent as possible. For background purposes I come from a really small emotional neglectful community. My mom is a severe alcoholic and during covid our family started to fall apart rapidly due to it. I am now the only family member left with her. And I love her and I know she tried her best raising me but I'm honestly at my limit. I'm starting to realize that I have multiple signs of mental illness. The more I recall my childhood and the thing I was exposed to the more I realize how unhealthy it was. And I guess since Im getting older she has stopped "sugarcoating" her more deprived activities and its honestly decimating our relationship. A couple of years ago I turned to thc and it works but it only takes me so far. Im struggling with my emotions and I can no longer pretend to be the role model honor student my community expects. Currently I'm in my senior year of high school and I'm not exactly sure where I go from here. I do Community College so I'm almost positive university is not the right option for me. I like welding but I'm realizing it's more detrimental to my health than I thought. At this point I feel like I need to pick a struggle cause the way their starting to pile is going to bury me before im 18. My mental health is getting so bad to where it now shows physically and googling my symptoms has me convinced I have cancer. Any advice?
