J1 Internship to Australia Student Visa

Hi guys, I am a graduate from MassCom in PH and did Summer Work and Travel in USA last year through J1. This year I’m planning to do the 1 year internship in USA through J1 once again to gain more experience, but I’m really eyeing Australia after it. Do you think it will be possible to fly to Australia after my internship in America if approved, and study for any healthcare related schools as a student? With that said, I will be applying for Student Visa in Australia, then get a job after graduation and possibly work for a better future and maybe get a PR after. Do you guys think this plan is plausible? Thanks!
