Noob home security setup wiring question

Hello friends, just bought these wireless cameras:

I noticed that two spots where I want to install already have cat5e running to them which is awesome. I'd like to power them via the cat5e (the other 2 will be solar), but it seems the home base wants to connect via wireless which is fine. Can I just do a keystone termination with a rj45 to usb c converter cable for powering the camera?

On the other end (inside where the cat5e is wired to) what is the 'correct' way to just provide power to the cat5e through the rj45? Sorry for the noob questions, first time setting up home security. Thanks!
