DAP for dumb phone convert

Hello, I'm sure this question gets asked constantly but I'm going to ask it anyway.

I am looking to replace my phone with a dumb phone to try and lose the smartphone addiction. One thing i am concerned with losing is access to music stream, therefore I am looking at DAPs.

I have 3 requirements:

1. Must be decent at streaming music. Most of my music is saved offline however I am not beholden to this.

2. Must sound decent (better than a phone output?)

3. Budget friendly. In my brief time looking at DAPs I have noticed a concerning trend of people recommending $700+ equipment as budget friendly options, get a grip. Budget means <$100-200 and always has.

Any recommendations would be sick, and if anyone tells me to "save up" I will call the police on them.
