Teammate had a complete mental breakdown because of Jeff pick

I just had one of the most unhinged games I’ve ever played in Marvel Rivals. One of my teammates insta-locked Jeff at the start of the match and refused to switch, which apparently, was the final straw for another guy on our team who was on voice chat. I swear, this dude went through the five stages of grief in real time.

At first, he calmly asked Jeff player to swap. When he didn’t respond, he started getting passive aggressive, saying things like, “Of course. Of course I get another Jeff.” Then it escalated fast. He started ranting about how every time he queues up, he ends up with some Jeff main who refuses to swap and keeps throwing. Said he only has like 2 hours of free time every day to play, and he's tired of "watching it go down the drain because of people who treat ranked like Quick Play."

He started full-on yelling, saying stuff like, “I’m cursed! Every day it’s Jeff! These Jeff players are a disease" You could actually hear him hitting his desk and throwing things in the background. Everyone told him to chill out. He kept coming back to how “Jeff players don’t care about winning” and how “this game’s going to die because of Jeff players”

It was funny, but also kind of crazy? I think he genuinely snapped. Towards the end of the match Jeff basically started spamming emojis in the chat and dude disconnected lmao.

Anyway, we lost. GG. But that was crazy and hilarious at the same time.
