[TOMT][MUSIC VIDEO] PLEASEE help me find this song and music video unsure when it came out maybe 2014-2017?

i only remember the music video but it’s very popular but like at the start or the thumbnail looks like a guy with long blonde hair? kinda looks like the guy from mid 90s and a woman on a bed and then the guy gets up and goes down stairs and smokes with his friendsand then they go steal some pizzas off a scooter like running through a apartment complex and then drink lean i think in a car? or they are like hot boxing it in a alley?
