Jodhpur AD

How probable it is to get Jodhpur AD in round 2 of counselling for someone with CMR 13xx and Open category rank 9xx ?

Acc to last year cutoffs it should be very easy to get Jodhpur AD with that rank but the seat matrix for round 2 only shows few available seats
