Deleted files on Android keep coming back

I own a Samsung S24+.

Recently, two files have appeared in my Downloads folder:

• liveVideoFrame.ts
• liveVideoInfoLog.txt

As far as I know, the .ts file should be a video, but it won’t open.

When I delete the files using My Files, and also empty the Trashbin, they reappear in the Downloads folder a few hours later.

I’ve tried removing them using various apps (including Google Files, CC Cleaner, AVG, and pretty much every app available in the Play Store), but the files keep coming back after a few hours.

Even booting into Safe Mode didn’t help.

Does anyone know how I can permanently delete these files?
I'd prefer not to do a factory reset...
