Olivier and Kalien

I'm nowhere near this part in the storyline so it might be an obviously dumb question, but are Kalien and Olivier the same person?

Asking mostly because if yes, I'm interested to see how future costumes would be treated since base and fallen wings are tied to Olivier and Kalien has a seperate base.
