Issue with Training App not running on Watch 10

I got an Apple Watch 10 on Prime Day. I connected it to my IPhone 15 and my Apple Account and the setup worked smoothly. When I tried all the cool features I recognized I got no Training App on my Apple Watch. I can find the Settings for the app on the watch itself and also in the Watch App on the IPhone. I also see the App as installed when I look for it in the App Store. When I hit the open button nothing happens. Also when I als Siri to start the training nothing happen.

1. I disconnected the Watch and try to setup with Backup. Same issue.

2. I tried to connect as a new Watch. still same issue.

3. I upgraded from 11.5 to 11.6 Beta. Still the same.

Are there any Ideas out there or similar known issues? Im happy for any help!
