Set break time for night fill staff

So at my store for the past eight months, The duty manager made set break times if you’re working from 5-10 you have to take your break at 7:45-8 and if you work from 6-11 you have to take your break at 8:45- 9. To be honest I think it’s very unfair as no other department has this sort of break roster. Is it only at my store or do you guys have it as well?
