Do you suggest to build a beetrooper deck?

I’m seeing in a lots of videos that talk about this deck that seems strong, now, i know that they say everthing “OMG it’s broken/strong”or “meta counter” I want to know because, seems fun and i want to rank with it. Do you suggest to build the deck? And why?
