Rubrics disabled in all my accounts?

Hello! Is anybody else experiencing this? I checked with a couple of colleagues and they're also experiencing it out of nowhere. The "Add Rubric" button is disabled for all of us in different accounts: @gmail personal ones, and school accounts (we checked 5 of them).

Anybody else can give it a try? Seems like a buggy update from Google or something.
