Lucian Support in RANKED

How is it even allowed to do that in a ranked game?

I mean, it's funny because solo/queue is supposed to be THE competitive enviroment of League of Legends xD

How are players allowed to troll like that but I get punished if I dodge the troll?

I just waste my time and I lose LP! Wtf is even remotely competitive in first-timing Lucian Support in at least 20 games? I don't get it!

And this is after a game where my support wanted to play YUNARA, enemy banned her and then they decided to take Hwei from an ally and troll.

Is solo/queue just whatever?

Aren't casual, normal draft, aram and other modes supposed to be THE casual queues?

There is ZERO competitive integrity in ranked solo/queue and I feel very fucking tired.

I just don't get it.
