Forced no contact by her mother

I (14M) was forced into no contact by my now (14F) ex’s mother. She had just attempted to overdose the night before and she had gone radio silent, so I messaged her mother and asked if she was okay, and she became incredibly aggressive and dismissive and told me that she was taking care of her and owed no explanation to me. I was then informed the day after that I was to have no contact with her or her daughter ever again. I have no clue what I did wrong and I’m so lost and the relationship wasn’t even good for me because she made me feel terrible and put me in therapy but it still hurts so much and I don’t know what to do anymore.
