Lost 4kg after 3 weeks using tirze. Is this normal?

Hi! Share ko lang din yung journey ko so far. I started using Tirzepatide last June 27, and as of now, naka-3 shots na ako — from 56.1kg down to 51.8kg na ako! 😭

I’m 5ft tall and currently being monitored by my partner na nasa medical field, so safe and guided naman ang paggamit ko. I bought my Tirz dito sa Philippines, and I make sure to eat properly kahit mahina talaga ang gana. Grabe yung appetite suppression and no food noise!

Nagju-jump rope din ako around 3x a week para may physical activity. Sobrang happy ko sa progress kahit hindi pa long term.
