Playstation 5 - Handcuffing bug?

Hey... It seems that I have an issue when it comes to handcuffing criminals and/or hostages. Normally you would step behind that person, and on Playstation you'd press X to handcuff that person. On some occasions, this works perfectly without any issues. During the tutorial and also in the first 3 missions I have noticed, that the handcuffing prompt (to press X) doesn't show at all, so I had to ask my team member (on PC) to do that. I always get the prompt for the weapons though and can secure them. During the tutorial, I had to ask the AI team members to secure the criminals/hostages.

Does anyone experience the same issue? I have been reading that some people playing on PC had this issue, but they could fix it via the steam controller setting... not sure if there can be something done on PS though! Thanks
