Chest pain after Bleomycin

Hey guys, i hope everyone is doing good. Yesterday I got my last bleomycin ijection of the first cycle, huge milestone im very happy with it. But few hours after the injection i started having a dull ache in my chest that did not go away overnight, althought i got a bit better. It gets worst if i move around and take a deep breath. I read it on the internet that this can be the sign of lung issues but it is also a pretty common side effect and it goes away eventually. Did you guys have any experience with this? I know that we are not doctors, i just struggle to find the line between okay and not so okay side effect. Thanks
