Exam is tomorrow, is my official mock D gonna cut it?

I'm hearing that mock D marks are kinda reflective of people's actual exam mark, I got 1920. (ignore sjt, I yoloed it) Yeah that sucks, but my marks r so weird cause medify is supposed to be harder than the practice mocks yet I'm averaging around ~1950 for medify as well??? But, anyway, is it still possible to get 2300+????😭
