It’s not going to run away from you. Focus on God.
Just a quick thought I had while having a walk.
Speaking for myself on this but I’m a hard worker, and being ambitious comes with its downsides too. When you want to do so much so quickly you end up idolising those things that you’re working on, even if your heart is in the right place.
That’s me. I was just thinking ‘oh there’s so much that I need to build out still, how am I going to structure the next post’ etc. after reading a chapter of The Bible (Ephesians 3 if you’re curious).
Basically, yes, I mediated, yes I prayed, but not long after I was back in grind mode.
So there’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but I just caught myself and thought…hey, I’m supposedly doing this for God first, yet I don’t give Him the time that He deserves. It’s like saying you love your spouse but you ignore them until you need them. Does it make sense?
So that’s my encouragement to you, especially the entrepreneurs.
Don’t just say that you’re doing it for God, act like it.
