Well… technically part 1 lmao 🤣 I am not the type to be in front of a camera and I don’t record police unless in an encounter I know I haven’t done any wrong in.

I intended to post the other video, although I did not have any intention of posting the second one. However, many people expressed their dissatisfaction with it, stating that it appeared unprofessional and that the attitude displayed was unwarranted and immature. While I acknowledge that I am still young and can sometimes exhibit immature behaviour, I believe that in this particular instance, I was blown away they would be so rude in response to my son’s question.

The officer who detained me was quite inquisitive; however, only after colliding with an immobile object in the parking lot at approximately 5km/h. She posed several questions to me, including whether I was under the influence of any substance or if I possessed my identification document. When mentioning that I was detained, the male officer promptly denied that I had been detained.

The female officer did not engage in any conversation with me after the recording in this post (I interacted with two other officers, including the male officer in the video, throughout the rest of the incident). Furthermore, the male officer who forcibly pulled my hair out of my head and twisted my wrist despite my lack of resistance had subsequently transferred myself to a third officer.

Both officers exhibited extreme levels of aggressive superiority and suspicion. The male in the two videos made an attempt to access my police record, which is remarkably clean and only indicates some unrelated police involvement in the past. I have never committed any wrongdoing, and were certainly not serious enough to warrant a conviction. Despite this, I was asked about my conduct at the time and my record’s history, and furthermore dismissed his comments about the past.

This is the recording I had taken before the second video where I’m out of the vehicle:

The officers had made me feel threatened and uncomfortable after crashing their car and getting touchy-feely with mine (prior to turning on camera I requested they remove their hands and since they didn’t comply, and it’s not like I’m going to enforce them lol), I had started recording for my safety and own record of the incident.

Again, not saying I’m not giving attitude. Not saying I wasn’t squinting because it was bright. Not saying my left eye wasn’t twitching because of nerve damage when I had seizures in the past. Not saying that my son and I were not in a scenario we should’ve never been in.

My son: “can we ask?” PT2
