Dreams that felt a little too real

I usually get these dreams sometimes and these dreams are too real I mean I would feel some amount pain when my hand got chopped and I got shot in dream I would literally feel it and think it's all real and as soon as the pain becomes too much to handle I would wake up to a shock and not believing it was all just a dream

To me my dreams are getting too real man i could imagine faces I have never seen and today after I woke up to a ( too real dream ) i remembered only 1 number that was 9:48 and guess what? That was the exact time I woke up and I still cant belive it

I would literally feel trauma of being all alone feel what's it's like to get shot but not dead ( to some degree although not total ) all in dream..... although irl I am kinda happy and have no enemies to literally sh*ot me or rip me apart I don't get why I get these dreams

There are more horrific dreams in which I felt everything ( some horny ones too ) which I can't tell
