Green card dv charges

I have conditional green card married to us citizen have a baby with him .. my husband was married before me and his ex wife kidnapped his children when they were babies and left and accused him of horrible things got a protective order on him for 3 years and filled for divorce and won full custody and he had legal battles with her for 15 years As a result he got some serious mental trauma ,ptsd , paranoia and much more Few months ago im not sure what triggered him but he started acting weird like recording me during any argument , cheating , then finally he stole our son passport and hide it from me I had bad feeling in my gut that he is planning on something but couldnt figure out what We had a fight one night and he got physical and i had marks on me and i threatned to call the police but didnt and ended up going to another room to sleep and calm and the next morning while i was cleaning i saw him grabbing our baby and rushing out of the basement I freaked out and ran after him tried to stop him and ask him where he is going he said 3 different answers .. he had his parents come and was trying to shove our baby from the car window to his mom .. no car seat was there .. i started yelling for help saying he is kidnapping our baby ..i noticed that his mom and dad were recording me since they were parked His mom called the police and started saying lies that i hit my husband and punched him and that i was kidnapping my son and fleeing the country ( none of that ever happened) the police came and talked to the 3 of them they together said the same thing ( the officer talked to them for 30 minutes and to me for maybe 2 minutes ) i saw them showing the officer the video they filmed and they arrested me and charged me with dv and unlawful detention because he told them i blocked him from leaving the house ( which didnt happen )

I recorded him after that confessing that they lied and that i never blocked him and i never hit him or punched him and never threatned to kidnap our son and he execused all their lies by PTSD 😂 he even called the prosecutor told her that he mistaked me with his ex because he has ptsd but she told him its now between me and the city

Based on the evidence the prosecutor offered to drop both charges but she wants me to accept a plea of abeyance to an infraction disordely conduct of noise violation and pay 100 fine to dismiss the infraction

I consulted an immigration attorney he said that its safe for immigration as its not a crime under immigration law and its safer than going to trial because its like flipping a coin and that infraction is treated like speeding tickets

My question is is it safe to accept ? I feel that i have been in such unfair situation where they switched the roles and i tried to protect him till the last minute i feel so stupid How can i justify them lying to the police and then saying come on it was ptsd!!
