How I Got My First 1000 Subscribers on YouTube (Without Paid Ads)

When I started my new motivational YouTube channel, I uploaded a few videos. In the beginning, I was getting 100–200 views per video, and I gained only 1 or 2 subscribers.

I worked hard for 6–7 days with full energy. I did see some growth in views, but they never crossed 1,000 views. My total subscriber count was stuck at 40.
