Where to enter your grades/ Send transcript

Hi! I am an international student from India and will be applying this year to the University of Cambridge for Math. I was filling in my UCAS application, but couldn’t find anywhere to submit my grades. Are the grades meant to be submitted via an official transcript by the reference? or would I need to self-report them?

Any help would be great.

Thanks!
