Pour-over-ice iced tea suggestions?

With my new freezer I am blessed with an ice cube maker with quite the capacity.

This has lead me to start making a lot of "pour-over-ice" iced tea drinks. So fast and easy. I also love cold brewing tea but having to wait hours!! for your iced tea is not always an option. Currently I love:

- 6 green tea jasmine pearls brewed 3 minutes with 80C water, poured over glass of ice, is my favourite

- Genmaicha poured over glass of ice

- A strong brew of Sing Tehus chamomile blend "Lady Chamomile With Pink Pepper And Rose Petals" poured over ice on hot summer evenings... yes please

All sweetener optional, but I rarely do.
