Advice needed - should i ask employer/coworkersfor a survey about my performance when resigning?

Hello guys

so i gave a resignation letter and i will be with that company for 3 more weeks till im gone. Is it a wise move to ask my boss or my coworkers or both to take a survey/anonymous survey about my performance? strong sides/weak sides? To help me to grow? Like im thinking then im gathering all the surveys and reading them and trying to draw conclusions about maybe some weaknesses that i got or weak actions that i take professionaly etc

I dunno, companies tend to give that kind of surveys to grow and identify their flaws and to help them imorove and to grow from it, why wont i do the same?

Guys i need your help since this is 5 years since ive changed my job and a only have had a few companies before because i am pretty young - 33 yo, but ambiitious and willing to grow
