Is it possible to study med in Taiwan?

I am an international med student in the Philippines, but with every single hell (visa issues, schools delaying documents, failing students on purpose, how the college is literally "Little India", agencies robbing students), I'm going through, I want to transfer to a different country. Especially Taiwan.

I know 義守 university used to have an international medicine program in English, but are here any other universities that allows internationals to enroll or have an English program?

I'm honestly begging at this point. If anyone can help me out, please do. Thank you
