Klay the label removing legitimate reviews?

Salam I’m so bewildered by the way Klay the Label runs their company so I wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues. I’ve recently commented on a post about them as well.

I left a trustpilot review a few weeks ago as they don’t post any reviews on their site that are lower than 5 stars. Klay the Label was able to get my review (and many others) removed by claiming I wasn’t a customer even after I provided my order number. My review made mention of their drop shipping from China, the low quality of the material , and their past claims of sustainability.

I’m posting this in case anyone is looking for an honest review but can’t find any because Klay the Label both refuses to post them to their site and dedicates time to get honest reviews removed from third party sites. The zero transparency and deceitful business practices are a great display of what they think of their customers. If anyone would like to leave a review please feel free in the comments, if my post disappears it’s because Klay the Label reported it lol.
