Recommendations for Restaurants/Bars that attract older/ more mature men for a girl visiting NYC.

Hi NYCbitcheswithtaste! I’m going to NY at the end of August for a business trip for two weeks and wondering if anyone has recommendations for great restaurants or bars where the men are a bit older. I’m almost 40 so not looking for restaurants/bars that attract a younger crowd (besides just hotel bars) Good food/drinks and more mature men. Not saying I’d end up dating one, but just nice to be around like minded and similar aged business men for company and conversation. I can’t wait to visit and be able to walk around in the warm weather at night. Will be staying at Aman one week and Fifth Ave Hotel/Greenwich Hotel the second week. Thanks all!
