HH HILLS 3 - Surgery or PPIs?

Hey folks, looking for your experience and suggestions

2018: 1st endoscopy HH and Reflux detected. Multiple symptoms of heart burn, nausea, Night reflux etc. Skip to 2025: 2nd Endoscopy revealed Large HH, Barrett's Esophagus!

I have been recommended to undergo either to take long term PPIs or go for Surgery!

So, if i choose PPIs, will it affect my overall health in the long term? Like impacting my other organs, energy, Bone strength etc..

If i go for Surgery, I am skeptical about my lifestyle post that! Can any of you send some light. I want to exercise, travel, Hike (may be smaller trails atleast), Go around the world, try cuisines!!

I am feeling wasted now!
