Appetite comes back by Day 3 or 4 — anyone else?

Hello. Meron po ba dito na every 5 days nagtuturok instead of 7?

I’m only on my 2nd month and pansin ko na nawawala yung appetite suppression and bumabalik din agad yung physical hunger by the 3rd or 4th day.

Anyone else with the same experience?
