13900HX 4090 or 13700HX 4080?

Hello,

Im in doubt in these two used models:

1. Omen 17 13900HX 32gb 5600 RTX4090 16gb 6Tb US$2017
2. Omen 17 13700HX 32gb 4800 RTX4080 12GB 1Tb US$1479

Which is the better option between these?

Im not in USA. Probably, I could get better options over there.

Thanks,
