Teeth is bleeding alot..

Hey , my teeth gums are bleeding from last 2-3 months and mouth making foul smell due to bleeding. I went to doctor for teeth treatment and even after cleaning 4 times still it is bleeding. I m just stressed because I can't talk to someone directly because of smell 🥺. Please suggest something that I can get rid out of this.
