Should I upgrade my AM4 build or switch to AM5?

I've been considering upgrading my current AM4 build or just building a new AM5 pc, but I'm not sure which I should go for. I use my PC for 1080p gaming & streaming. My current specs are:

Ryzen 5 5600x

Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2

NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB OC

32gb 3200mhz RAM (don't know other specifics)

750W PSU

I'd want my next build to be centered around a 5070ti or 9070xt, and want to play at 1440p 144hz+ while streaming at 1080p 60fps. I originally assumed AM5 is the better option for "future-proofing", so I've been deciding between different entry-level AM5 cpus. But now that I've considered upgrading my AM4 platform, I figure I could upgrade my 5600x to a 5950x or 5700x3d. That'd save me some money by not needing to buy a new motherboard and RAM.

Would the AM4 5950x (or 5700x3d) be a viable pair with the 5070ti (or 9070xt), or should I shoot for an entry AM5 cpu (7600x, 9600x, 7700x)?
