New PC build for a beginner

Existing parts/monitors to reuse? None
PC purpose? I usually do school work and video edit. I don't game a ton, not hardcore at least, I play Minecraft and Roblox and the usual indie game but thats pretty much it
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? US, and I'm by a microcenter!
Monitors needed? No
Budget range? $600-800
WiFi or wired connection? Wired
Size/noise constraints? I'd want to keep it on the smaller side, because I like to take my PC with me when needed, but I don't mind it being a bit on the bigger side.
Color/lighting preferences? Make it look cool!
Any other specific needs? I would think need at most 24-32 GB of ram, because I multitask a lot and 16 GB doesn't work too well.
