Audio issues

Hi! I've been experiencing this issue with several of the tutors I've tried. The problem is that if I speak at the same time as they do, the platform mutes them. It seems to only happen on my end, not theirs. Maybe it can be fixed with a setting, I'm not sure... (I always use the same setup, and I have tried 2 earplugs)
