I need help i have a 04 ford Mustang

Car from stop to 30mph is really heard get there high rpm and barley gets there but after i hit 35 drives like it should all way to whatever speed soon i hit around 30mph does sams stuff barley moving high rpm to make 35mph then takes off fine
