Is dwarfish... Klingon?

So I'm assuming that everyone knows the whole thing about Star Trek and Tolkein? And how Vulcans are elves, Klingons are dwarfs, etc?

Is there someone with a better Klingon knowledge than me who can tell me if Pterry is completing the circle with his dwarfish language. With the frequent glottal stops it seems closer to the cadence of Klingon than Khuzdûl, but Im not enough of a scholar to confirm if it's another sly Pterryism, or if there is something else I'm missing
