Magnified A and Red Dot C Opacity Color and Percentage

Hello! Can I all know your thoughts on 65% opacity light blue for the Magnified A (New 1.5x) and Red Dot C (The 1x that VarsityGaming uses)? Will it help me still in pixel peeks and help me see through the enemy's head?
