[TOMT][Movie] help me to find a movie

hello all

I tried to find it with chat got, but couldn't

it's a movie made in 2010s, around 2015 I think

it was set in desert part of USA

I remember main cast or side character was Hispanic

he drove ridiculous tail light convertible

in 3/4 of movie there was particle accelerator in the background

final chapter involved some party at a mansion

there was a lot of nerdy things, astronomy, physics

I am quite sure there were scenes in a bar and ATM camera which made possible to find someone or proof that person was here
