How to prove financial independence in Texas as a minor?

I’m a minor(16+) who is looking at emancipation due to certain circumstances. However, I am lost on how I would prove myself “financially independent” from my parents. I don’t have a job(but am currently applying to several), however, I don’t know if having a job counts, or what would be considered financially independent in the eyes of the law.(I am already working odd cash grabs and I pay for my own food and stuff but have no bank account) so, really, what do I need to be considered financially independent?
