Firefox not working well on linux

Unlike on windows, Firefox feels a bit slower on linux (sometime a lot slower), like it's running on a lower refresh rate than the rest of the system, can someone help me with that please.

I use Arch with KDE Plasma but it is the same on any other distro and de I tried.
