Scamming techniques

I've been watching people who as to join a discord team when applying for chatter jobs to be scam because they never get back to the applicant. The ones who want forms filled also do the same or they never give feedback to the forms filled. So I prefer to send proof of work and my performance review if I'm using inflow if not then sales record. That should make things easier. I hate formalities of forms and joining groups it's a waste of time and scammers take advantage. I hope models and agencies make things easier for chatter applicants
