Weird black screen crashes

I have a setup where I have a laptop and a second monitor which is my main monitor.

Recently my main monitor randomly goes black, and then after 3 seconds so does my laptop screen, in which occasionally I'll see blue title bars like the old windows ones appear on my screen. If I put my laptop on sleep and wake it up again, only my laptop is visible. It refuses to detect my main monitor as a display until I restart. I checked to see if my drivers were uninstalled, which they were, but after reinstalling, all it did was make the black screen appear after a longer period of runtime. Sometimes, my drivers just uninstall themselves and I have to reinstall them. Everytime I have a blackscreen and I restart I check and sure enough, I still do have my drivers up to date at version 576.88

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with 2965 MB of VRAM, an intel i7-7700HQ CPU and 16gb of ram, I also use windows 10. lmk if I need to include more info
